All rates including fuel and calculated from actual "hobbs" time.

1 hour airplane rental for BAC* members: USD 150.00

1 hour airplane rental non members: USD 195.00

Local sightseeing flight with pilot 1 hour: USD 250.00 + USD 25.00 fuel surcharge (3 passengers max.)

Check out by FAA instructor: USD 200.00
Total flying time 1 hour, of which a part may be used for the check out and the rest by the pilot himself (no passengers during check out). To be paid in advance and including landing fee Flamingo Airport. A 90 day currency rule applies after check out date.

Landing fees on other airports not included. Minimum charge 1 hour for each flight.

Flying lessons per hour: USD 150.00 + instructor charge
To BonAeroClub members the airplane is available for flying lessons, conducted by one of the local FAA instructors. Airplane rental (members rate) to be paid in advance. Landing fee Flamingo Airport is included, but not the fee and supplementary costs on other airports. Minimum charge 1 hour for each flight. Instructor charges to be paid separately by student to instructor.

Membership BonAeroClub 2008: USD 150.00
For every student the membership of the BonAeroClub is mandatory.
Members can make a rental reservation if their deposit has a minimum of USD 250.00 / ANG 445.00. The rental fee will be deducted from this deposit.

Important notice about scheduling for rental and training

Each flight reservation must be done in advance (by the pilot or student pilot) and confirmed by Bert Foks (phone 786-7720) or Gijs Hoogerkamp (phone 717-6955). Using the airplane without confirmed reservation is prohibited. NO confirmed reservation means NO flight!

Cancellations: cancelling a flight is the responsibility of the (student) pilot and should be done at least 24 hours prior to the flight. If you cancel later than 24 hours prior to the flight, you should give a reasonable motivation. Unless weather conditions do not permit flying on the scheduled time, any (student) pilot who fails to cancel 30 minutes before the beginning of the scheduled flight will be charged USD 25 per hour of reserved time.
